Occasional Services for the Assembly is the second volume of services, readings, and prayers in the Evangelical Lutheran Worship family, complementing Pastoral Care. Commended for use by the ELCA Church Council in 2009, this book contains more than 60 services and 200 prayers relating to congregational life that are normally used in the gathering of God’s people for worship. Featuring a durable hardcover format and ribbons, the volume is designed to be suitable for use in public worship. Also available as an eBook. Note: The services of Ordination and Installation for ministers of word and sacrament (pastors) as well as ministers of word and service (deacons) have been revised by the ELCA for use beginning January 1, 2020, replacing the services included on pages 187-246 in this volume. The newly-authorized rites are available to SundaysandSeasons.com subscribers and freely at the ELCA Resource Center.

Shipping method: use FedEx/UPS ground service in default, small parcel(<2KGs) by USPS.

Shipping time: 1-5 business days depending on the distance from our inventory location.

Premium shipping: 2-day delivery & next day (overnight) delivery is offered when you go to cart page, extra cost is added. You can select the premium service if time is your concern.

For large order that can stack up on one full pallet(48"x42"), we provide LTL service as well, which could save some your cost, contact us for freight quote if neccessary.

LTL service need to be scheduled and then carrier can send a truck to pick up, and your address should have a dock(usually a commercial address), otherwise, there is additional fee for liftgate service, its delivery time about 3-7 days.
